Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MagicEye3D (“the Service”), available at www.magiceye3d.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Majestic Light Group, led by Jeffrey Scruggs, CEO. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MagicEye3D is a web application that allows users to generate Magic Eye (autostereogram) images from uploaded photographs. The Service uses client-side depth estimation and stereogram generation algorithms to create 3D hidden-image illusions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 stereogram generations per month. Generated images include a “magiceye3d.com” watermark.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited generations, no watermark, and access to premium features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant MagicEye3D a limited license to process and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or generated stereograms.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit, and that your content does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Majestic Light Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
